Not to Ruin the Fun

It's around 4 am when I got up. I couldn't go back to sleep so I stayed up and use Janne's pc and do my blogging. I went to bed early last night- felt miserable. It is exactly right - have fun on your vacation time and that's what I did, I ate, and I ate but mostly junk foods. So I decided not to eat my supper since I ate way too many junks but by later last night I had a terrible bloating and terrible discomforts, feeling of throwing or what? I can't comprehend. I am so grateful my sis-n-law offered "Pepto-Bismol" after awhile I felt relieved and I didn't even noticed that I dozed off to sleep. We certainly have a great time In Florida and looking forward for another great time day with Janne and Mike today. Now my lesson learned from yesterday just eat right be portion wise!
