Binangkal

To all my friends and relatives that requested the recipe here it is... Have fun....

Binangkal

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup all purpoe flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 c water
2 tbsp oil
sesame seeds
vanilla (optional)

Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and brown sugar)
2. Slowly pour the water until you create a mixture ( you can add water just a little depending on the mixture dont make it too soggy so that it will be easy to roll) add the oil.
3. Start rolling about the size of the golf ball roll it good until it's shape like a round ball, then roll it  over the sesame seeds.
4. Make sure you put enough cooking oil (deep fry) and it is hot, then turn it down to medium heat for thorough cooking. It will float if it's cooked. Check if it is fully cook by sticking a toothpick into it, when you pull the toothpick out and it's dry it means it's fully cook.

5. My asawa likes it hot coz it's softer. But I like it cold.

Let me know how you did.
